Café’ Faith meets each Monday evening at 8:00 p.m. An in-depth Bible study in our own café’ space. Relaxed, friendly, informative, and encouraging. Keep up with Café’ Faith at www.cafefaith.org.

College student... Café’ Faith will wrap up on April 21 with a cook out at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Archie and Barbara Anderson. Watch the bulletin and the Café Faith web site for more details.

AWANA for boys and girls age 3 years through the 6^th grade meets Sunday evenings from 5 to 6:30 p.m. AWANA will wrap up for the year on Sunday, May 4.

Small Groups Currently Meeting at 5:30 p.m. Sunday Evenings:
Growing in Wisdom and Faith - a study of James (a ladies Bible study) This group meets in room E113.
Majoring On The Minors - Some of the most contemporary issues faced today are addressed in a section of Scripture. Blaine Allen leads this group which meets in room E104.
Couples Small Group: There will be a small group study led by Matthew Rye. The class will meet for snacks at 5:30pm and followed by bible study and discussion. We are watching a video based on Randy Alcorn's book, The Treasure Principal. This group will meet in room E112.
Ladies Prayer Group lead by Melody Cochran will meet from 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. in room E119.

The Adult Choir rehearses each Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. If you like to sing, or "can carry a tune in a bucket" you’re invited to come to rehearsal and check out the Faith Baptist Choir.

VBS is scheduled for the last week in June (23-27) and the time is 8:00-11:30 a.m. The theme is Power Lab by Group. We will be inviting children ages 5-12 (grades K-6). We need volunteers to help make this a successful VBS so anybody who is interested please contact Brittney Rye ASAP!!

You are invited to a Baby Shower for April Bradley on Sunday, April 20, 2008, 2:00- 4:00 p.m. at 106 North Rosebud Lane (Greenbriar Subdivision). Hostesses are: Monica Allen, Melody Cochran, Jessica Ellington, Tammi Metz, and Brittney Rye. (April and Nathan are expecting a Boy!)

Any Youth or Adult interested in going on a mission trip to Jacksonville, FL from July 13th - July 18th, please see Matthew Rye for details. The group that goes will make a positive impact on the lives of the homeless and low-income of Jacksonville, FL. We will put our faith into action by serving local agencies with our volunteer support. The group will also spend a day in Orlando for some good old fashion fun.

We are currently taking orders for a DVD of this years Easter Musical. If you would be interested purchasing a DVD contact Charlie Murphey (323-9333) or e-mail the church office at faithstarkville@aol.com.
