Children's Ministry

Children are a special gift from God, and we at Faith want to partner with parents in the spiritual growth of their children. We want to help them grow in the knowledge and love of God.

We provide well-staffed nurseries at all services so that you, the parent, can relax knowing your child's needs are cared for.

Sunday School classes are designed to meet the needs of all age-groups. It's not just about learning God's Word, it's about applying it to your life. Growth in the understanding of God's Word, and fellowship with God's people are two of our Sunday Schools' primary functions.

AWANA Club is designed for children age three through the sixth grade.  AWANA stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed," from II Timothy 2:15.  It's purpose is to draw boys and girls from the community into the club's activities where they may hear the Gospel and receive Christ as their Savior and to help club members understand the Word of God through Scripture memory and applying those thruths to their daily lives.  The children are divided into three different clubs determined by their age.

  • Cubbies are three, four and five year olds
  • Sparks are kindergarten, first, and second graders
  • Truth and Training are third through sixth graders
This weekly ministry meets each Sunday evening from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. (September- April). This time is divided into three segments which include game time, council time, and handbook time.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL is being offered for children going into Kindergarten through the 6th grade.  Dates for this years VBS are June 17-21, from 8 to 11:30 a.m. daily.
